Martin Loy, President & CEO
A 25-year veteran of the construction industry, Martin Loy created New Line Structures in 2008, seizing the opportunity to offer clients the highest quality Construction Management services, elite personnel composed of top talent from prominent NYC-based CM firms, and a keen foresight committed to client relationships and results. Before the inception of New Line Structures, Mr. Loy was a Vice President with Tishman Construction, and during his 13 years with the company also served as Senior Project Manager on many impressive New York projects, including The Link at 310 West 52nd Street; Whitehall Ferry Terminal; and 425 Fifth Avenue (one of the tallest structures in Manhattan). New Line Structures’ first venture was the Columbus Square development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Glen DiOrio, Executive Vice President
An accomplished construction professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, Glen DiOrio has perfected his skills in all functions and phases of construction management on a variety of challenging, high-profile projects: Senior MEP Project Manager leading the MEP Management Team and subcontractors at World Trade Center’s Tower 3; Project Director for the NYPD’s Joint Operations Command Center; and both Project Manager and MEP Project Superintendent on the impressive 1 Bryant Park project (assignments while at Tishman Construction). Also a highly-regarded Production Engineer and designer at ITT Industries Avionics (he is a Rutgers College of Engineering graduate with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering), Mr. DiOrio is markedly adept at providing value engineering solutions, expediting schedules to keep pace with aggressive milestone dates, and increasing efficiency.
Terence McDonagh, First Vice President, Project Executive
Structural design and historic preservation expert Terence McDonagh has been developing and constructing high-rise commercial and residential buildings for more than 16 years. He designed new construction and re-use of historic structures for many years as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer on a number of celebrated projects for both Tishman Construction and DeSimone Consulting, including World Trade Center Towers 1 & 4; One Bryant Park’s Bank of America Tower; the Whitehall Ferry Terminal; and the award-winning renovation of the New Amsterdam Theater.
Sal Bousleiman, First Vice President, Director of Project Controls
Professional Engineer Sal Bousleiman has 19 years of experience in construction management and cost/schedule controls for owners, contractors, construction managers at risk, surety consultants, and federal oversight contractors. He has extensive background managing agency, public, private, and industrial projects in New York City, Long Island, and Connecticut valued up to $6 billion. Exceptionally adept at Strategic Planning/Logistics, Mr. Bousleiman spearheaded the comprehensive overhaul of the company’s management software, utilizing IPM Global – a customized Project Management software package unique to New Line Structures.
Delia Shumway, First Vice President, Director of Operations
Highly regarded as one of New York City’s most respected Professional Engineers, Delia Shumway has been a design and construction authority for over 17 years. She served as the New York City Department of Buildings’ Executive Director, Cranes and Derricks Division, and also as the D.O.B.’s Chief Engineer of the Excavation/Interior Demolition/Stalled Sites Unit. Ms. Shumway is the co-author of the construction industry’s widely distributed and implemented “The Support of Excavation Guideline”.
Raymond Mark, First Vice President,
Director of Estimating & Pre-Construction Services
A Registered Architect, Project Executive Raymond Mark has more than 15 years of experience in design and construction. Before joining New Line Structures he spent five years with New York’s Sciame Construction as Lead Project Manager and Project Manager of several of the firm’s most impressive projects, including the Cooper Union New Academic Building and the Sperone Westwater Gallery in downtown Manhattan. Prior to his time at Sciame he was Project Manager for Norfast Consulting Group for six years performing design, development, and construction supervision duties for the landmark New York Life Building Local Law 11 restoration project and infrastructure upgrade, and he assisted in design and development for the AIA Center for Architecture’s green building headquarters in New York City. Director of Estimating and Preconstruction Services, Mr. Mark is skilled at developing value engineering strategies and solutions, resolving issues, and accelerating progress.
