New Line Structures’ First Vice President and Project Executive Chris DelPozzo has an impressive thirty-five year history in the construction industry, with extensive experience in development, new construction, and retrofit of existing structures, for a remarkable and vast array of project types. Before joining New Line Structures, Mr. DelPozzo was Vice President at Lendlease New York for an impactful twenty-three years. In addition to his leadership, executive expertise, and superior construction superintendent skill, his operational and managerial strengths include the management of project costs, schedules, contract negotiation, bidding, change order procedures, crew and staffing management, leading project meetings, and functioning as the key liaison between all project stakeholders.
