A 33-year veteran of the construction industry, Martin Loy created New Line Structures in 2008, seizing the opportunity to offer clients the highest quality Construction Management services, elite personnel composed of top talent from prominent NYC-based CM firms, and a keen foresight committed to client relationships and results. Before the inception of New Line Structures, Mr. Loy was a Vice President with Tishman Construction, and during his 13 years with the company also served as Senior Project Manager on many impressive New York projects. New Line Structures’ first venture was the Columbus Square development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Since its inception, New Line Structures has successfully completed just under 9M sq. ft. of construction with another 3M sq. ft. in contract or under construction.
