New Line Structures’ Vice President and the Director of Pre-Construction Services, Raymond Mark is a Registered Architect with nearly twenty-five years of experience in design and construction. Before joining New Line Structures, he spent five years with New York’s Sciame Construction as Lead Project Manager and Project Manager for several of the firm’s most impressive projects, including the Cooper Union New Academic Building and the Sperone sWestwater Gallery in downtown Manhattan. Previously, he was Project Manager for Norfast Consulting Group for six years, performing design, development, and construction supervision duties for the landmark New York Life Building Local Law II restoration project and infrastructure upgrade, and he assisted in the design and development for the AIA Center for Architecture’s green building headquarters in New York City. As New Line’s Director of Estimating and Pre-Construction Services, Mr. Mark is most skillful at developing value engineering strategies and solutions, expediting schedules, and accelerating project progress. He has an amazing ability to remain focused and even keeled during the most stressful situations, an aptitude matched only by his work ethic and steadfast persistence in resolving issues.
