First Vice President Sal Bousleiman, New Line Structures’ Director of Project Controls and Master Scheduler, is a detail-oriented construction professional and Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in construction management and cost/schedule controls for owners, contractors, construction managers at risk, surety consultants, and federal oversight contractors. Sal has an extensive background managing agency, public, private, and industrial projects in New York City, Long Island, and Connecticut, valued up to $6 billion – including the World Trade Center (WTC) project. Since joining New Line Structures (NLS), Mr. Bousleiman has spearheaded the complete companywide overhaul of the project management software. He introduced the Primavera P6, the latest software hosted and maintained by Oracle in the cloud and create the NLS Project Management Information system utilizing the industry-leading Procore Technologies, Inc. project management tools for an integrated, streamlined approach to project management, document control, bidding, quality, safety, and construction financials.
