New Line Structures’ First Vice President Terence McDonagh has more than twenty-five years of experience in the design and construction of high-rise commercial and residential buildings. Prior to joining New Line Structures, he was with Tishman Construction Corporation for ten years as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager for some of the firm’s most celebrated projects. Before Tishman, he spent five years at DeSimone Consulting Engineers, designing both new construction and re-use of historic structures.  His expertise in structural design and historic preservation is invaluable; this was very apparent while working on one of his earliest projects for New Line, 250 West Street, where his experience helped direct the Engineer of Record (EOR) towards solutions where constructability was a major issue. He has since gone on to successfully direct activities to completion for a number of major NLS projects, including the massive creative office development, The JACX, in Long Island City; Brooklyn’s tallest building, The Hub residential tower; and recently-completed Skyline Tower, the tallest building in Queens. His attention to detail, relentless follow-up, and no-nonsense, pragmatic approach to construction are just a few of the key components (of the many talents he possesses) that mark Mr. McDonagh as an instrumental leader in the NLS infrastructure.
