SUMMARY:
A 47,000 SF luxury condominium in downtown Manhattan, 10 Bond Street houses eleven units with retail at the ground floor. The façade is a combination of corten steel and curved glazed terra cotta panels, incorporating automated exterior window shades and penthouse with a mahogany brise-soleil covered wrap-around planted terrace and a fully landscaped private roof garden complete with outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. New Line Structures was the Construction Manager for the project which began in October 2013 and completed in November 2015.
