The 20-story (plus roof and bulkheads) tower structure includes 57 condominiums, a second-floor garden terrace, roof deck, lounge, library, billiards room, gym, private penthouse terraces, and commercial space on the ground floor, totaling 93,452 GSF. The narrow sixty-foot frontage and the accelerated completion schedule called for creative logistical planning to assure the on-time execution of the project. 234-238 East 23rd Street was completed in the summer of 2016.
