SUMMARY:
The Hub Development at 333 Schermerhorn Street is an amenity-rich 54-story high-rise residential tower. With a building height of 577’ at top of bulkhead, and final height with space frame at approximately 610’, The Hub is currently the tallest building in Brooklyn. An MTA component consisted of six active subway tunnels running under the building along Schermerhorn Street and under the middle of the site, and one active subway and one abandoned tunnel adjacent to the site along Flatbush Avenue. Designed by Dattner Architects, and located in downtown Brooklyn near the BAM Cultural District, the lofty 778,000 SF development includes 750 residential units, 35,615 SF of commercial/retail space at its base, and high-end highlights include a large landscaped outdoor terrace with sun deck, fully equipped fitness center, and parking garage. The building topped out in 2016 and was completed in 2018.
