SUMMARY:
515 Ninth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan is a reinforced concrete mixed-use Residential/Hotel and Retail project. The lower part of the building houses a 4-star luxury hotel, Cassa Times Square, which includes a rooftop terrace garden and jacuzzi, shared fitness facility, and amenity spaces in the cellar. 108 residential apartment units occupy the top eight floors. With total hard costs of $39 million, the 164,965 SF, 12-story (plus roof and three bulkhead levels) project began construction in the summer of 2012 and was completed in summer 2014.
