Bordering Manhattan’s Chelsea and Greenwich Village neighborhoods at Sixth Avenue and 14th Street, 531 Avenue of the Americas is a 13-story luxury condominium with 44 residences on the second through twelfth floors and retail space on the first and cellar floors. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and private balconies. Designed by ODA Architecture, the cantilevered façade features grey metal elements and a “Jenga” curtain wall system incorporating jumbo size glass panels. Scheduled completion is summer 2022.
