Front & York at 85 Jay Street in Brooklyn is a 1.2 million SF residential development project occupying a full block in the DUMBO Historic District. The 21-story structure rises 250 feet with two towers located at the corners. An eight-story podium features one of the city’s largest private parks. New Line Structures is Construction Manager for the entire 85 Jay Street, to be completed January 2022.
