SUMMARY:
This three-building, high-end residential rental tower project includes retail level, parking and amenities at the Sub-cellar, Cellar, Ground and 2nd floors. Columbus Square East is located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, stretching from West 97th Street to West 100th Street along Columbus Avenue. The project features structures of window wall with pre-cast panels and with metal panels. All three buildings have superstructure steel from sub-cellar through the 3rd floor with transfer girders to carry the superstructure concrete towers.
