SUMMARY:
Greenpoint Landing Site D is a new residential development on the East River waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. OMA designed the building masses and façade which features precast concrete cladding with varying shingle patterns and punched windows. The six floors of amenity space contain two pools, fitness center, workshop, lounges, and party rooms, among other spaces. The project will also feature significate landscaping with a new waterside park.
