SUMMARY:
Halletts Point Building 1 is the first building constructed as part of a master planned, mixed-use development along Astoria, Queens waterfront. Building 1 is made up of two towers, 17 and 22 stories, with 405 residential apartments and their amenities. The towers are connected by a 7 story podium that includes 20,000 square feet retail supermarket space and 50,000 square feet subgrade parking. Construction was completed in 2019.
